Outstanding food for breakfast in the restaurant. Fine & spotlessly clean unit with an amazing view and a king size bed plus tea. Beautiful and amazing location in Dreams beach resort, clean pool. And not far from in the bars as well as Naama Bay by taxi.

The rooms are outstanding and updated, provided with with shampoo, balcony, for instance. Grill restaurant has lovely food choices.

The experience was mixed. While the reception staff were friendly and accommodating, I encountered some cleanliness issues in the rooms and common areas. The food variety was excellent, yet some selections lacked quality. The beach was scenic, but getting a towel was a hassle. Worth considering improvements for a 5-star rating.

Location.

Very poor staff, very poor food, very poor rooms. I booked pool view but they gave a room away from the pool and the service was very bad.

Absolutely perfect rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, Wi-Fi and coffee. Location just off Egypt, a huge rockey cliff and old town which is beautiful. Great food in the broiler restaurant in the vicinity...

Very amiable staff, excellent location, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with all facilities. The broiler restaurant was amazing and offered good meals;))

Perfect for families looking for fun

The beach access was very nice, you could just walk right out and into the water. The staff were so friendly, especially Akram and Ibrahim at the reception.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly the experience was worth it.

Amazing Beach and Friendly Staff

The sea view from my room was amazing, and the food offered a variety of delicious options, especially at the a la carte restaurants. I think they could improve on the cleanliness in the rooms as a few areas needed more attention.

The Italian pizza at Bella Vista is a slice of heaven! Plus, the staff, especially Besso and the housekeepers, shine with their warmth and attention. The gorgeous sea views from various lounging areas make it a dreamy chill spot.

The snorkeling was very nice, especially at the jetty leading to the beautiful coral reefs. The staff was friendly.

My kids wished for more organized beach activities, especially for families. A dedicated area for families with children would be a great enhancement.

The hotel's beautiful beachfront location, along with its perfect facilities and comfortable rooms, enhanced my business trip experience significantly. The staff's professionalism, particularly Ahmed Mostafa and Mahmoud Mostafa at reception, provided a warm and cute atmosphere. Dining was a delight with a variety of options, and the restaurant manager, Amr, ensured excellent service.

Cozy room, pleasant atmosphere, with a amazing sea view from my standard sea view room, made my mornings good, and the heated swimming pool provided a perfect spot for relaxation.

the hotel offered amazing views and was conveniently close to several attractions like the Heavenly Cathedral and Al Fanar, making it easy to explore the rich culture and beauty of the area, while the staff provided great service, made each moment enjoyable.

Enjoyed the beautiful beach and the varied food options. The check-in process was slow, and the staff often seemed overwhelmed during busy times. The animation team could be more engaging as well, but overall, it was a pleasant experience worth recommending.
